Privacy policy

What we collect

Account details (your name, email, company name and country), the data you and your company's users enter into the system, and an audit trail of actions (user, time and IP address).

How we use it

To run the service, send account e-mails (welcome and trial reminders) and secure accounts. We do not sell your data.

Isolation and protection

Each company's data is isolated from every other company's. Sensitive fields (such as national ID, IBAN and supplier bank accounts) are encrypted in the database, passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read, and two-factor authentication is available to every user.

Freezing and retention

When an account is frozen your data is kept intact and is inaccessible until it is reactivated.

Your rights

You can export your lists from inside the system at any time, or ask for a copy of your data, corrections or deletion by contacting eng.mohammedahmed2017@gmail.com.
